• Same day delivery only available for orders received before 2:00 PM, Malaysian time  GMT+8.00 within Klang Valley of KL-Selangor. Delivery outside of Klang Valley is usually required at least 1-3 working days order in advance. However, if urgent same day flowers or fruits delivery to outside KL-Selangor is needed, before placing your orders please do not hesitate to contact our Sales Support at Chat or email [email protected] to confirm availability.
• Monday to Friday, Orders received after 2:00 PM Malaysian time GMT+8.00, will be delivered the following day earliest.
• Orders received after 11:00 AM on Saturdays will be delivered on the upcoming Monday earliest.
• Sunday delivery can be arranged if the order is placed before Saturday, 11:00 AM. Orders scheduled for delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays required special florist delivery arrangement which have additional delivery fees from at least RM30.00. We always encouraged our client not to schedule delivery on Sundays or Public Holidays to avoid additional charges.
• For festive seasons order (e.g Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas, Chinese New Year etc), where there is an unusually greater demand for delivery, FloryGift will try the best to accommodate the delivery timing requested as practically possible. Order fulfilling are based on queue with first come first serve basis. Delivery might not be delivered on the exact requested date. Delivery during these peak seasons are open date which means delivery will be completed progressively on ANY-DAY for the festive day. FloryGift reserves the rights to bring forward or backward the delivery time and date to accommodate the open date scheduling. We required your order at least 5 working days in advance to guarantee the availability of stocks and having sufficient time to deliver especially to outside Klang Valley.

Florist Delivery for GIFTS & HAMPER

• The approximate delivery time for gifts & hampers usually between 1 to 3 working days depending on the area of delivery. Gifts and Hamper delivery to outside of Kuala Lumpur-Selangor using courier services required at least 2-3 working days or even longer during festive peak seasons. The delivery schedule will be subjected to the time & delivery of the courier services dispatch, which is beyond FloryGift to control. All courier delivery services will be subjected to the terms and conditions as provided by the courier service company.
• As cakes and fruits’ availability vary from States to States, same day delivery can only be made on certain range of cakes and fruits depending on the florist availability of the day which are usually applicable within Kuala Lumpur – Klang Valley only.
