FloryGift prides itself on the quality of the products and service that is offered. As such, we commit ourselves to the following:

  • All flowers, fruits, chocolates and cakes are monitored for quality and we guarantee that they leave our premise in fresh and good condition. Because these products are sensitive to changes in temperature and moisture we advise that you keep the products in a cool place. Flowers require constant watering to avoid dehydration. Please understand that there are some flowers that are more perishable than others.

  • If despite the care we have taken, the flowers, fruits or food product delivered are not fresh, FloryGift will deliver to replace the flower, fruits or other product of equivalent value at no charge. FloryGift will also replace any gift that is damaged or faulty at no charge. However, this is provided the negligence is by FloryGift and that we receive the complaint logged in less than 24 hours upon receiving. 

  • Although extensive care is taken in processing all online orders, there are still some possibilities of beyond our control whereby an order could be overlooked. Therefore, we always suggest our customers to email us immediately at [email protected] and call our Sales Support at +6011 1331 3232 and quote your order to our customer service and we will have it arranged for immediate delivery. 

  • FloryGift will have our florist to deliver flowers, cakes, balloons and fruits within Kuala Lumpur-Selangor. For deliveries to others States of Malaysia, these gifts will be prepared by our associates in the respective State to ensure these gifts arrived in freshest condition to the recipient. Our associates will endeavor to follow as closely as possible on the design and packaging of the gift. However, FloryGift reserves the rights not to guarantee that the item will be exactly the same as shown in the webpage or catalog.

  • Certain flowers, baskets and floral accessories may contain dyes and mild chemicals. FloryGift strongly advise that reasonable care is taken on the part of the customer / recipient in handling the items. FloryGift shall not be liable for any loss or damage that arises from the mishandling of the items.
