Strawberry Victoria – Vegetarian cake

This classic vegan cake which is named after Queen Victoria is a tradition for the British and Irish. This is better way to celebrate the tradition with slices of fresh fruits and a spiral pink buttercream. This strawberry and cream sponge 6-inch cake makes a really lovely engagement/wedding cake too if we say so ourselves.
